Dear Speakers,

As part of an effort to modernize our business, we have implemented a new payments system
called PayEdge; a service offered through the Royal Bank of Canada. PayEdge is an accounts
payable platform that will help our business pay you more efficiently. In the upcoming weeks
you may receive a notice from PayEdge to add your direct deposit details to their system. By
providing those details, our business will be able to pay your invoices faster and in a more
secure manner. Our goal over the next months is to move away from cheques and transition all
payments to electronic methods.

How this may affect you
Once you receive an email from PayEdge, you will be prompted to upload your electronic fund
transfer (direct deposit) details. Once you have updated your payment details you will not be
asked to provide any other information. Even if you already receive payments electronically
from us, please upload your details accordingly.
